Have A Good Summer, You Crackpots!

Erin Nikiel, not satisfied with spending only a month designing and applying a Celtic knotwork sgraffito design onto a large bowl, decided to drop and break it into umpteen pieces the second after she finished carving it. Then she made an even better one. THEN she came back with her friend Chelsea the Mirthful Maniac to reassemble what was left of the first one. A couple days and glue tubes later, when everyone else was on summer break (and hopefully not giggling mad on glue fumes) this was the result.

Erin was last seen headed south, scraping glue from her hands and arms with a ceramic tile file. Watch out, world, for the fingerprint-less wonder.

Have a good summer, everyone.
